Episciences, Inc. seeks to only charge fair shipping and handling fees to those who use Epionce products. All product is shipped by UPS ground. The tracking information will be emailed to the email address that you provide us. You can also check the status of your order when you log-in on our “Customer Service” page.

UPS will not deliver to PO boxes.

Episciences, Inc. is not able to guarantee UPS delivery schedules. Please see the UPS website for additional delivery information. Orders received after 2:00pm MST will not be processed until the following business day.
