*Advanced Clinical Training (ACT) registration fee is non-refundable within two weeks prior to the ACT you have registered for. Episciences, Inc. reserves the right to change details without notice at any time. By submitting a payment and checking box “I Agree,” Participant agrees that the Sponsor, Episciences, Inc., is not responsible for force majeure events that may affect the timing, location or suitability of the Event, and should the Event be canceled or postponed due to a force majeure event, Participant releases Sponsor from any liability associated with such cancellation or postponement, including but not limited to airfare, lodging, food, ground transportation or any other incidental expense Participant may incur attendant to traveling to or from or participating in the Event. Please note that hotel reservations made under the group block are independent of ACT registration fee/cancellation policy.
