Episciences, Inc. has enjoyed fast-paced growth in a very competitive market and is currently expanding. We are currently looking for an Account Executive who lives in Greater Charlotte, North Carolina territory to join our team.

The Account Executive performs all sales activities within their designated geographic region, and is the Epionce product education trainer for all managed accounts within that territory. The Account Executive must live in or around the designated region.

Position Responsibilities:

• Promote Epionce skincare products to physicians, targeting dermatologists, plastic surgeons & medical spas in assigned territory (Position requires living in or near a
metropolitan area within territory)
• Achieve/exceed quarterly & annual sales goals
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with current customers to grow business
• Generate new business through lead generation by prospecting/cold calling
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities
• Provide product trainings and in-services
• Assist with events, open houses, trade shows, and other assigned duties as needed
• Possess good business acumen – understand territory geography, call planning, time management skills, influencers, competition, and industry trends
• Effectively manage expenses, company equipment and marketing products
• Learn and utilize clinical studies, product information and the execution of marketing initiatives
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with Episciences, Inc. standards and policies

Preferred Experience:

• 4-year College Degree
• 2-3 years sales experience in the aesthetic/skin care, medical, or pharmaceutical fields
• Experience with cash pay medicine

Minimum Required Experience:

• 2-3 years B2B sales experience
• Proven track record of successful sales performance and ownership of territory results
• Passionate self-starter who demonstrates tenacity and a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and business planning skills
• Ability to effectively manage a large territory
• Proficient knowledge of business PC, Microsoft Office with Excel spreadsheets
• A valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to travel

Compensation:  Base Salary of $80,000 plus commissions
