Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Manager leads the Customer Service Team, which is a personal extension and touchpoint of the Epionce brand to the end consumer and Epionce Professional Partners. The customer-centric Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing a team of world-class customer service professionals to exceed expectations.  The focus of the position is to insure an outstanding overall customer experience. The Customer Service Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Team.

Job Requirements:
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a friendly attitude
• Experience leading a team of others to provide outstanding customer service preferred
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics GP and/or Sales Pad preferred
• Proven ability to exceed customer expectations
• Strong analytical, verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Positive and self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
