Financial Clerk

Job Overview:

Financial Clerk supports all responsibilities within the Finance Department. This role is primarily responsible for a variety of daily, monthly and quarterly tasks that pertain to the accounting functions for the company.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform accounting and clerical functions within the Finance Department. This includes but is not limited to entering financial transactions and reconciling statements and accounts
  • Maintain financial records
  • Review system documents for accuracy and completeness


  • Degree in Finance or equivalent experience preferred
  • Understanding of financial transactions and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working in an ERP/accounting software system
  • Proficiency in quick and accurate typing (40+ wpm)
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Great work ethic, energy and attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Enjoys working on a team
