Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:

Are you a detail-driven creative individual interested in joining a fast-growing skincare company? Episciences Inc. is looking to add a dynamic new team member to the Marketing Team as Marketing Assistant. This role will take on a wide variety of duties and is responsible for supporting all aspects of marketing efforts for the Epionce skincare brand to include content creation and design for promotional, sales and educational collateral. The ideal candidate thrives on attention to detail, embraces shifting priorities, projects and deadlines, and offers a collaborative, positive mindset.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Layout of printed marketing collateral on existing templates for newsletters, brochures and catalogs
  • Update educational and training handbooks, sales sheets and slide decks
  • Assists in maintaining, updating and organizing marketing files
  • Marketing communication including writing and editing content appropriate to audience in a dual market channel
  • Participate in digital efforts including website updates and email marketing
  • Provide general support for projects including researching vendors and securing proposals
  • Participate in team meetings to offer new ideas and concepts to enhance the brand


  • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign and Illustrator required; Photoshop preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint or similar required
  • Working knowledge of website and email marketing platforms
  • Excellent writing and communication skills


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or Communication preferred; non-degree or degree-seeking candidates with proven experience will be considered
  • 1-2 years experience in a professional marketing/creative environment preferred

Pay Range: $32,000-$35,000 annually
