Regional Sales Manager (Northern U.S. Region)

A Regional Sales Manager at Episciences, Inc. is responsible for leading the domestic Account Executives (AEs) within their designated region to meet or exceed company goals for profitable revenue growth within each AEs assigned territory. A Regional Sales Manager may also be directly responsible for an assigned geographic territory or specifically named account as deemed necessary by the company. A Regional Sales Manager will provide management direction for the AEs under his or her supervision, and will ensure company policies, guidelines and objectives are followed and met.

Position Requirements:
• Requires three years of sales management experience in a medium-size sales organization, preferably in the health or personal care industry
• Ability to manage sales activities within the assigned region including but not limited to establishing, developing and growing sales force, training and growing sales volume
• Presenting technical and product information to sales team as well as prospective and existing accounts
• Interact and cultivate relationships with highly specialized medical professionals, including physicians
• Reports to Vice President of Domestic Sales

Minimum Requirements:
• Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effectively organize, manage and assign priorities to all sales and sales management related activities and report progress in a timely manner to VP of Domestic Sales
• Effectively manage expenses, company equipment and marketing product
• Proficient knowledge of business PC, Microsoft Office with Excel spreadsheets and CRM programs
• Ability to travel to corporate office, designated accounts and assigned AE regions
